Chile Double-Story Modular Restaurant Project
This two-story modular restaurant was custom-designed for a client in Chile by Asia Aluminum Modular Housing Trading Co., Ltd. It features a modern rounded-corner exterior, expansive floor-to-ceiling glass, and warm wood-grain finishes, combining an indoor dining area, a second-floor scenic dining space, and an outdoor terrace.
The main structure, exterior cladding, interior finishes, and electrical and plumbing systems were prefabricated in the factory. Once delivered to the project site, the building could be installed quickly, significantly reducing on-site construction time and labor costs. The transparent glass facade brings in abundant natural light and connects the interior with the surrounding mountain and forest views, creating a comfortable, upscale dining environment with a strong natural atmosphere.
Based on the project site, operational requirements, and local building standards, we customized the building dimensions, floor layout, doors and windows, exterior colors, interior functions, and engineering specifications.
